Jarre, our terracotta amphora, promotes natural micro-oxygenation of drinks by rounding them out. Terracotta allows the fruit to fully express itself. Its rounded shoulders encourage a more moderate movement, compared, for example, with the Standing Egg .

In terms of winemaking and aging, terracotta ensures deep respect for the grape variety, optimal preservation of fruit quality, and remarkable authenticity of aromas. It produces wines with velvety, silky tannins.

 Terracotta is significantly porous and allows wines to open and soften quickly . Suitable for short aging periods and for tannic, powerful, and even reductive red-skinned grape varieties.


 Exceptional versatility : this natural terracotta is also suitable for beers and fruit and vegetable fermentation .
