Terracotta is significantly porous and allows wines to open and soften quickly . Suitable for short aging periods and for tannic, powerful, and even reductive red-skinned grape varieties.


Exceptional versatility : this natural terracotta is also suitable for beers and fruit and vegetable fermentation.
