This natural sandstone is an exceptional material, a sedimentary silicate rock, extracted from a unique quarry in the world, in the Sichuan valley.
In terms of winemaking and aging , it ensures deep respect for the grape variety, optimal preservation of the quality of the fruit and remarkable authenticity of the aromas. Zen is particularly suited to long aging.
This natural sandstone is also suitable for alcohols, beers, ciders , the fermentation of fruits and vegetables, as well as various oils .
