Voici le mémo pratique des règles d'or pour nettoyer et préparer vos jarres et amphores Vin & Terre avant entonnage :
À NE JAMAIS FAIRE
Pas de soude caustique (NaOH) sur nos matériaux.
Pas de vapeur sur la Terracotta.
Pas de choc thermique ni physique.
Pas de Kärcher à chaud près des pièces inox intégrées.
BONNES PRATIQUES
Lavage standard :
Eau chaude ou vapeur (60-80 °C, ≤ 60 bars) avec montée progressive.
Désinfection & désodorisation :
Bicarbonate de sodium + Acide citrique (20 min) ou Peroxyde d'hydrogène.
Détartrage :
Solution H2O + SO2 (10 g / hL d'eau, 4 à 5 jours, couvercle fermé).
Contrôlez impérativement le retour au pH 7 lors du rinçage final !

Here is your quick guide to cleaning and preparing your Vin & Terre jars before filling :
NEVER DO THIS
No caustic soda (NaOH) on any material.
No steam on Terracotta.
No thermal or physical shock.
No hot pressure washing around integrated stainless steel parts.
BEST PRACTICES
Standard wash : Hot water or steam (60–80°C, ≤ 60 bar), gradual increase.
Disinfection & deodorization : Sodium bicarbonate + Citric acid (20 min) or Hydrogen peroxide.
Tartrate removal : H2O + SO2 solution (10 g / hL of water, 4–5 days, lid closed).
Always check for a neutral pH (pH 7) after the final rinse !
